INGREDIENTS:
1 aubergine
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon lemon, juice
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
salt
Garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika and parsley
